How will I receive my digital purchase?
After payment is completed, you will receive access to your digital files through a download link on the order confirmation page and/or by email. No physical product will be shipped unless the product listing specifically says otherwise.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You may complete your purchase as a guest. Creating an account is optional and can make it easier to view your order history and future purchases.
What type of files will I receive?
File types vary by product and may include PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, printable worksheets, ZIP folders, or other digital resources. The exact contents and formats will be listed in each product description.
May I share the resource with another teacher, church, or organization?
Your purchase is intended for use by the individual purchaser and their own classroom, family, or ministry group. Files may not be copied, shared, resold, posted online, or distributed to others unless the product includes a separate group or organizational license.
Will anything be shipped to me?
Digital resources are delivered electronically and will not be shipped. Any physical merchandise, such as shirts, hoodies, and drinkware is printed on demand and shipped to the address entered during checkout. Each product listing will clearly state whether the item is digital or physical.
What is your refund policy?
Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, purchases are generally nonrefundable. Please review the product description carefully before ordering. If you experience a technical problem or receive the wrong file, contact us so we can help.
